You will be emailed PDF gift certificates with your very own unique gift certificate code that can be redeemed only one time at the participating partner business as advertised in this package deal.

5. When do I receive my gift certificates?

By email - within 24 hour of purchasing them.

6. Can I return or get a refund for my gift certificates?

We do not return or refund gift certificates once purchased or resolve customer service disputes between you and our partner companies.

7. Can I purchase multiple Deal Packages?

Yes. Up to 4.

8. What will the charge appear as on my credit card statement?

Generally, each purchase you make on our site will show up as "FOXFERGUSON, LLC SKY WASH DETAIL" or "SKY EXPRESS CAR WASH" or "YES! HEALTHY FROZEN YOGURT"

9. Does my Deal Package expire?

Yes. 6 months after purchase.

10. How do I redeem my gift certificates?

Simply visit the partner business listed on each certificate according to the rules and regulations listed herein and printed on each certificate. Please contact each partner business for further information, details, restrictions, policies, days and hours of operation.

11. Can I transfer my gift certificates or give as gifts?

Yes.

12. How many times can each gift certificate be used?

Only once at each partner business.
