1. Is pickup and delivery included free?

It is not.

2. When will I or my gift recipient receive my order?

With our complimentary gift shipping service, your package will be sent via regular First Class US Mail.

In most cases, it will arrive within 4-5 business days.

3. Once my recipient receives their gift, how do they use the detail or gift card service?

Your lucky gift recipient can call or visit Sky Express Car Wash at any time to schedule their service.

4. Do Detail Gifts or Gift Cards ever expire?

No - though the gift card must be presented for gift redemption.

5. What are your hours of operations?

7am - 6pm seven days weekly.

6. How long will each detail take?

Detailing times vary based on the needs of each vehicle, but generally between 3 - 5 hours each.

7. Can the car be dropped off for the detail?

Absolutely.

8. I am in Buckhead or Midtown. Where is Sky?

Sky is approximately 12 outside of Buckhead in Roswell. Please click on our "Hours & Directions" link above.

9. Is Sky safe for my car?

Yes. Without a doubt. Our was process uses only soft clothes and not a single brush!

10. What cars can't be washed at Sky?

Large pickup trucks with dual rear wheels and limos.

11. What if the gift card is lost?

If the original purchaser can provide identification, we will happily re-issue the gift card.

12. Can the gift card be redeemed for its' cash value?

It cannot. All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
